INTENDED USE AND SAFETY INFORMATION
This product should be used in racing vehicles only, and only at closed race tracks and should never be used on public highways.
PRS shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage, or loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise and/or result from sale, installation or use of these parts.
Installation of this parts could adversely affect the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty coverage
WARRANTY
PRS Quick Steering assures customers that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. Should a product fail during this 12-month warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, provided it is determined that the failure resulted from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the PRS Quick Steering component and is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. It cannot be transferred to another party. Any implied warranties are also limited to the stated 12-month period. Misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized repairs, opening the casing, or user modifications to any PRS Quick Steering product will void this warranty.
Under no circumstances will this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the PRS Quick Steering part. PRS Quick Steering is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or expenses arising from product failure.
PRS Quick Steering disclaims responsibility for any consequential damages resulting from the breach of written or implied warranties on any of its products.
Warranty claims will only be processed after confirmation via email has been provided to return the product. The product must be sent to PRS Quick Steering within 30 days of the date of the confirmation email, with shipping costs borne by the customer. Once the product has been received by our warranty and repairs team, you will be notified and kept informed about the process.
For claims deemed void, all shipping, customs duties, and repair costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be informed of a void warranty claim before any repair work is carried out.
WORLWIDE SHIPPING
All items will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment usually.
Most items will beshipped through FedEx or UPS or GLS or DPD services. Freight shipping will come on a cardboardpackaging.

ANY DAMAGE DONE DURING FREIGHT SHIPPING BY THE CARRIER MUST BE NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING WHEN THE ITEM IS SIGNED FOR BY RECIPIENT. YOU MUST INSPECT THE ITEM PRIOR TO TAKING POSSESSION OF IT AND SIGNING BILL OF LADING FROM THE CARRIER TO BE COVERED FOR ANY SORT OF SHIPPING DAMAGE!
